We are currently working on our plans for our ten acre site on the former cannery land located at the intersection of Pettit Avenue and Cropp Street. This site is an infill site only a short distance to the business and tourist sections of Niagara Falls. We will design a master planned community of townhouses, medium density units and six storey condo buildings. Our first Phase of building will be sixty one freehold townhouses located directly on both Cropp Street and Pettit Avenue.
